Our Commitment to Patient Experience & Respect for Everyone’s Time
Appointment Scheduling Policy
An active credit card is required to be securely maintained on file prior to scheduling any appointment at Spa La Paz. If a card on file becomes inactive, expired, or otherwise invalid, any applicable fees or balances incurred thereafter will remain attached to the patient’s account as an outstanding balance. Patients with outstanding balances may be unable to schedule future appointments until the balance has been resolved. Balances remaining unpaid for 90 days or longer may be referred to a collections agency.
Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Spa La Paz, appointment times are reserved specifically for each patient. Because many of our treatments require dedicated provider time, advanced preparation, and scheduling coordination, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, will result in a $100 late cancellation/no-show fee.
For patients using prepaid treatment packages, a missed or late-cancelled appointment may result in forfeiture of that treatment session from the package.
Return & Refund Policy
- All services rendered are non-refundable.
- All skincare products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
- Package pricing is non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-transferable.
- All treatment packages expire one year from the original date of purchase. Any unused treatments remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited.
